There and Back Again?

After a really long while, I'm coming back to dA - hopefully inspired and decided to go back to drawing.
A year or so back I was promoted to project management at work and things have been really busy, and I was caught up doing a lot of stuff and not a single drawing in months.
Now things are settling down and I fiercely want to continue to improve :)
